Step-by-step setup

IPTV installation guide

Everything you need to get 360 IPTV running on your device: what to prepare, how to install a compatible player and where to enter your subscription details.

Before you start

Three things to have ready

  1. Your setup details. These are sent after your order is confirmed. They will be either an M3U playlist link or an Xtream-style login (server address, username and password). Keep them somewhere you can copy from.
  2. A compatible IPTV player. Most devices install one from their own app store. The device sections below explain where to look.
  3. A stable connection. Ethernet is best for televisions and boxes. On Wi-Fi, stay close to the router and avoid downloads on other devices while you test.

Choose your device

Fire TV / Firestick

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and allow apps from unknown sources if the player you plan to use is not in the Amazon Appstore.
  2. Install a compatible IPTV player, either from the Amazon Appstore or by downloading it with a sideloading tool.
  3. Open the player and choose the login method that matches your setup details (M3U playlist link or Xtream-style login).
  4. Enter the details exactly as sent, including capital letters, then save.
  5. Allow the channel list and programme guide to load, then select a category to start watching.

Android TV / Google TV

  1. Open Google Play on your Android TV, Google TV or Android box and search for a compatible IPTV player.
  2. Install the player and open it from your apps list.
  3. Choose the login method that matches your setup details and enter them carefully.
  4. Wait for the content list to download; larger lists can take a minute on first load.
  5. Pick a live channel or on-demand category and check that playback starts.

Samsung / LG Smart TV

  1. Open your TV's app store (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store) and search for an IPTV player that supports your TV's operating system.
  2. Install the player and open it. Some Smart TV players display an activation code or ask you to add a playlist from a website; note the instructions shown on screen.
  3. Add your setup details using the method the player supports (on-screen entry, or a playlist added through the player's website).
  4. Return to the TV app and refresh so the content list loads.
  5. If your TV model has no suitable player, connect a Fire TV, Android TV or Apple TV device to an HDMI port and follow that guide instead.

Apple TV / iPhone / iPad

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV, iPhone or iPad and search for a compatible IPTV player.
  2. Install and open the player, then choose the login method that matches your setup details.
  3. Enter the details exactly as sent and save the profile.
  4. Allow the channel list to load, then choose a category to watch.
  5. On iPhone and iPad you can use AirPlay to send playback to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible television.

Android phone / tablet

  1. Install a compatible IPTV player from Google Play.
  2. Open the player and add a new profile using your setup details.
  3. Wait for the content list to load, then select a channel or category.
  4. For a bigger screen, cast to a compatible TV or connect with a USB-C to HDMI adapter where your device supports it.

Windows / Mac

  1. Install a desktop IPTV player, or use a media player that can open network playlists.
  2. Add your setup details: a desktop IPTV player will accept an Xtream-style login, while a general media player will need the M3U playlist link.
  3. Wait for the list to load and choose a channel. Programme guide data may only be available in dedicated IPTV players.

Entering your details correctly

Most failed setups come down to a typing error. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, a trailing space counts as a character, and a playlist link must be entered in full, including the part after the question mark. If your player offers a way to paste rather than type, use it.

Common problems and quick fixes

  • The player says the login is invalid. Re-check every character, confirm your subscription is active and make sure you selected the right login type (M3U or Xtream).
  • Channels load but will not play. Try a different channel, then a different player. Restart the device and router. If you use a VPN, switch it off while testing.
  • Playback keeps buffering. Move to a wired connection or closer to the router, close other streaming apps, and lower the stream quality if your player allows it.
  • The programme guide is empty. Guide data can take a few minutes to download the first time. Look for an EPG refresh option in the player settings.
