1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the 360 IPTV website and the purchase and use of a subscription. By using the website or ordering a subscription you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the service.
2. The service
360 IPTV provides subscription access to live television and on-demand content delivered over the internet, for use with a compatible IPTV player on a supported device. The categories available, the number of channels or titles and the picture quality of any stream can change over time and can depend on your subscription, device, location and applicable rights. Nothing on the website is a guarantee that a specific channel, programme, title or quality level will be available.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
You are responsible for ensuring that using the service is lawful where you live and that you are old enough to enter into this agreement. The service may not be available in every country.
4. Orders and setup details
When you order, you must provide accurate contact details so that we can send your setup details. Setup details are sent after your order has been confirmed. They are for your personal use; sharing them with other people, reselling them or using them on more devices than your plan allows is not permitted and may result in the subscription being suspended.
5. Subscription length and renewal
Each plan runs for the length shown at the time of purchase and ends automatically at the end of that period unless it is renewed. Renewal is arranged by contacting us or, where an online checkout is offered, through that checkout, and the terms of any renewal are shown before you pay.
6. Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are for the full subscription period. Payments are made through the payment method confirmed with you at the time of ordering. You are responsible for any currency-conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as receiving a refund; cancellation does not by itself entitle you to one.
8. Devices, players and internet connection
You are responsible for providing a compatible device, a compatible IPTV player and an internet connection suitable for streaming. 360 IPTV does not develop or own third-party player apps, which have their own terms, and cannot guarantee that a particular app will remain available or compatible.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with the operation of the service, redistribute or rebroadcast any content, or use automated tools to access the service.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network problems and changes made by content sources or third-party apps can affect availability. We may change the website, the plans offered or these terms; changes to these terms apply from the date they are published on this page and do not alter the price of a subscription already paid for.
11. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and graphics on this website belong to us or are used with permission. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. Copyright concerns are handled under our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your device, your internet connection, third-party apps or content sources outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law or affects statutory consumer rights that apply where you live.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the business operates, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that country, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country.
