Subscription terms
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and cover the whole subscription period. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate if you pay in another currency.
Renewal is arranged when your plan ends: contact the team and choose the length you want next. If you order through an online checkout, any renewal terms are shown there before you pay.
Yes. When your current plan ends you can renew on any length. If you want to switch before the end date, message us and we will explain the options for your account.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact support first so any technical problem can be looked at.
